Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process guests’ personal data in connection with bookings and stays at Lena Apartamenty apartments and camper.

1. Data controller

The data controller is AKSON GROUP Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Kolejowa 19/10, 47-400 Racibórz, Poland; VAT ID (NIP) 6392038258, KRS 0001212624, REGON 543576751 (brand “Lena Apartamenty”).

2. What data we process

Data provided when booking: full name, email address, phone number, stay dates and details, number of guests.

Invoice data (at the guest’s request): company name, address, VAT ID, country.

Payment card data is handled by the payment provider — we do not store full card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performing the booking and rental agreement — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

Issuing and keeping accounting documents and meeting tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

Handling enquiries and establishing or pursuing claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Data recipients

The online payment provider (Stripe, Inc. / Przelewy24 — PayPro S.A.), to the extent needed to settle the payment.

The National e-Invoice System (KSeF) — for invoices issued to Polish companies.

Hosting and email providers and our accounting office — solely to the extent needed to deliver the service.

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

Booking data is kept for the duration of the stay and the period needed for settlement and handling any claims.

Accounting documents (invoices) are kept for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability, as provided by law.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Cookies

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to function (e.g. keeping the session and the booking cart).

We do not use cookies for marketing or profiling.
