Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings and stays at Lena Apartamenty apartments and camper in Racibórz, Poland.

1. General

The host (service provider) is AKSON GROUP Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Kolejowa 19/10, 47-400 Racibórz, Poland; VAT ID (NIP) 6392038258, KRS 0001212624, REGON 543576751 (brand “Lena Apartamenty”, the “Host”). The guest is the person making the booking.

Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and payment

Bookings are made via the website by selecting a unit and dates and providing guest details.

Payment is made online (Stripe — card, BLIK, Przelewy24). A booking is confirmed once full payment is settled.

A date is blocked only after payment has been successfully settled.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out until 11:00.

The guest provides an estimated arrival time in the booking form. Early check-in / late check-out only by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

4. Stay and guest obligations

The guest must use the property as intended, keep it tidy and observe quiet hours.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. The guest is liable for damage caused through their fault.

The number of guests may not exceed the number declared in the booking.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Once paid, a booking is binding and non-refundable — a paid booking cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is not refunded.

Exception: if the booking cannot be fulfilled through the Host’s fault, the amount paid is refunded to the account used for payment.

6. Invoices

On request an invoice is issued — the guest selects “I want a VAT invoice” and provides details (VAT ID, name, address, country).

Invoices for Polish companies are sent to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

7. Personal data (GDPR)

The Host is the data controller. Data is processed solely to fulfil the booking, payment and accounting documents.

The guest has the right to access, rectify and erase their data under applicable law.
